Document Flow Services array a complete suite of digital functionality to boost office productivity, simplify and speed up document information distribution to reduce costs, filing space and administrative burden associated with document processing in physical ways. Hardcopy-based information can be easily digitalized, printed, filed, forwarded and stored easily in various forms for information sharing and management. Most of the paper-handling chores including in-and-out flow of document data can be automatically distributed with its advanced rule-based CentreWare Flow Service software.

Designed to also answer another compelling need of the growingly mobile workforce of modern corporations, its CentreWare EasyOperator allows users to access their printers over the internet for specified output from remote locations, making seamless workgroup collaboration a reality.

On Guard Every Second

The multi-level and multi-tiered advanced security features of this network-enabled multifunctional device promise users high-quality monochrome output performance with full color capabilities and the convenience of a networked and digitalized environment without compromising their paramount concern on security. Network authentication restricts the unauthorized from accessing and using many of its communication functions like email, scan, internet faxing, mailbox and Box Job Flow. Confidential document and data imported into the memory-enabled DCC's mailbox can be segregated, temporarily stored in the system and allowed to print only with acceptable passwords. Its Overwriting feature can prohibit decryption of stored data on DCC's hard disk without authorization. All imported data can also be completely erased at user's choice.

The DCC450/360/250 is easy to use and can be customized to fit users' different work styles. Its user interface can be customized and simplified to enhance work efficiency. The optional space-saving Finisher B module does not only automate post-processing, but can also powerfully capture and convert high volume of documents into digital data quickly. Combined with other optional advanced features of Electronic Pre-Collator and Offset Output, multiple sets of documents can be collated and stapled automatically and easily as desired.
